Ted Loughry – Guitar/Vocals
Ted Loughry has been playing guitar since the early 80’s when he first heard Van Halen blasting through his walkman headphones. Over the years Ted has developed his sound by playing everything from folk to speed metal, but his real love has always been the blues. In 1989 Ted graduated from the Guitar Institute of Technology in Hollywood, CA, with a degree in contemporary guitar. Ted has likened his approach to the guitar to falling down the stairs. As long as you land on your feet it doesn’t really matter how you looked getting there.
In addition to playing the guitar Ted enjoys “modifying” them. So please humor him if he asks you about the new, whatever, he has slapped onto his guitar. Ted lives outside Parker, Colorado with his wife Cathy, their children Ryan and Caitlin, Curley the Cock-a-poo and Claus the Cat.
